Volunteer
If you are over 16 you can become a volunteer, for more information visit our volunteering section. and train to become a Bosun, and then a Watchleader

Young Leaders Development Programme
The Young Leaders Development Programme is a chance for young people to develop their leadership skills, do more adventurous sailing and to volunteer in their local community and on our boats.
