Make a booking
Step 1
Find out about our adventures
If you have not done so already read through our information pack, visit our website or chat to one of our staff via email or phone. We would like you to enjoy your voyage and it’s important that you know what’s involved and have thought about what you would like to get out of it.
Step 2
Make a no obligation provisional booking
Visit our website or contact us by phone to check availability and to make a NO OBLIGATION provisional booking. We will then reserve this space and send you a booking form plus any further details you need to proceed with your reservation.
Step 3
Confirm your booking
Return your completed booking form and requirements form within 14 days of making a provisional booking, along with an initial 10% deposit for each member of the party.
Step 4
Payment
We can arrange to spread the cost of your voyage over a period of time up until 60 days prior to your voyage, please call us to arrange a suitable payment plan. Our standard payment plan is as follows:
25% of the voyage fee payable 120 days prior to voyage.
65% (or remainder) of the voyage fee payable 60 days prior to voyage.
This represents our standard payment plan however we are able to change this depending on individual circumstance. Please call us should you wish to discuss this.
Step 5
Final Balance and booking forms.
The final balance of the voyage fee is due 60 days before the voyage. Completed booking forms (signed by parent/guardian if under 18) should be returned at least 14 days prior to the voyage.
Step 6
OYT Scotland takes care of the rest
Your adventure arrangements will be taken care of by one of our experienced and friendly staff members who will be on hand to offer any assistance or answer any questions you may have.
