RYA Essential Navigation and Seamanship

An introduction to the elementary skills for everyone wanting to go afloat, in our easy to access e-learning platform

Available via OYTS, and provided by RYA Interactive, this entry level course is for anyone new to sailing; from sailors to motor boaters, sea anglers to canoeists. No prior knowledge is assumed or required.  This course provides an introduction to to the basic skills required before taking a small boat to sea - from new skippers to inexperienced crew.

The online format means you can learn at your own pace - anywhere and anytime - all you need is internet access.  There are no assessments to take, just on- line excercises, leading to the award of RYA Essential Navigation and Seamanship shorebased completion certificate.

COST:  £75 for OYTS members  •  £100 for non-members
